My Daily Fix

One of the most common photo ideas for January seems to be “steaming mugs of hot chocolate,” or something similar.  Perhaps it just reinforces my amateur skills, but I found this to be a really tough shot to capture.  Plus also?  I’m more of a latte drinker.

Here’s my attempt to cross “steaming mug of deliciousness” off of my 365 project bucket list…

    I think you did a nice job. Here is a similar shot I did last year. Capturing the steam is really hard. http://photographicrhodes.wordpress.com/2011/01/25/hot-cocoa/ (Actually – it was the exact same day 1 year ago! Weird.)
