Loose Park On Prom Night
Once a major site for the Battle of Westport during the Civil War, the Jacob L. Loose Park is one of Kansas City’s most popular, beautiful and historical parks. One of my favorite areas of the 75 acre park is the rose garden because it reminds me of the amazing rose garden my grandfather maintained in his backyard. After a long day at a dance competition with my daughters, the park was on our way home so we made a quick stop to stroll through the garden. Lucky for us, there were two wedding parties and lots of prom couples taking advantage of its beautiful backdrop.
What do you think? Do you have a favorite?

Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog this afternoon. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as clean as when I arrived.
Thanks for stopping by, and any feedback that helps me develop my skills means you left the campsite in BETTER shape than before you arrived. 🙂
