Leaving Lake Lenexa at sunset, I couldn’t help but glance over at the barn that always catches my eye.  Just for reference, here is the other shot of the same barn I took at the end of March.

Do you have a preference between the two:  March shot or May shot?

  1. Both are awesome! I like the May shot because of the relaxed dreamlike quality, but I think my favorite is the March shot because of the colour and detail.

    • Thanks! I captured another barn I’ve been eyeing every trip to and from the airport this afternoon on the way to the dance competition. My 13-yr-old was mortified when I pulled over, jumped out, and snapped it, but I can’t wait to see how they turned out and hopefully share them!

  3. Hi! Very nice Picts indeed. This post has a couple years, but do you think this barn is still standing? If so, would you mind being more accurate about the location? Thanks!!

    • Yes, it is still standing. It is near the southwest corner of 83rd & Monticello in Lenexa, KS. Hope that helps!
