Evening Fish

I’m on the fence about this shot.  I took it in May and never loved it enough to post it over other contenders.  I’m trying to get a handful of remaining, partially started posts either posted or trashed so can move on to June full speed, and I’m still on the fence about this one.

What do you think?  Does this photo tell a story, or do you shrug your shoulders and say, “Meh”?

UPDATE:  June 5th.

At the suggestion of Lindy and Marviiilous, two of the incredibly talented photographers I’m lucky enough to have follow my blog, here is another go at the Evening Fish pic.  I’d love to hear more of your thoughts!

    • Dealfon, I agree that there is something calming about the still beauty of the lake in this shot. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts!

  2. I think if the bottom part was cropped so it was just the fisherman and boat in the solitude of the water, it would tell a wonderful story.

  3. Hmmm I’m not much into fishing, but I do like the way the water looks 🙂

I love hearing from you!
