On my way home the other day, I was lucky enough to drive past this fawn who had braved its way out of the woods and into a field.  I wish I could have snuck in a little closer (or that I had a more powerful zoom), but fortunately there was a gate that I could use as a make-shift tripod so that I could max zoom with my unsophisticated camera.

What do you think?  Do you have a favorite shot below or any tips/tricks to share?

  3. That last one is just beautiful. I miss our regular fawn. All grown up now (and I think she has a baby of her own too).

    • Shannon, thanks so much for your encouragement! I’ve seen the pics (and read the stories) about your fawn. What a cutie!
