Rule #14 of  The Skinny Rules is to eat a real breakfast.  Nothing seems to stick to my ribs and keep me feeling full until lunch like an egg for breakfast.  Usually I eat them hard boiled, but today I splurged and used just a touch of olive oil in a non-stick pan to make this masterpiece.

  3. the third photo looks delicious.. I used to make these but now I am gluten intolerant so no more wheat for me, and gluten free bread just isn’t the same..

  5. Very creative! I am awful about breakfast. I usually drink coffee until noon and have a protein shake for lunch. I am not one to emulate for breakfast ….
