  1. thank you for this post.. I followed links to the original rules, and there are things I need to change, like high salt.. that is my craving.

    • I’m so glad you found it helpful. I find that if I drink enough water all day long, I have a lot fewer cravings.

      • I drink way more water in summer than winter, and water is so important we do need it all year long, that is another habit of mine that needs to change.

      • Do you like green tea? I get bored with water, but I make green tea and pour it over ice all day long at work. It’s got a little more flavor plus it boosts your metabolism and has antioxidants. Just a thought!

      • no, I am not a fan of green tea.. I do like herbal teas and drink that once a day.. 🙂
