I’m so glad you found it helpful. I find that if I drink enough water all day long, I have a lot fewer cravings.
I drink way more water in summer than winter, and water is so important we do need it all year long, that is another habit of mine that needs to change.
Do you like green tea? I get bored with water, but I make green tea and pour it over ice all day long at work. It’s got a little more flavor plus it boosts your metabolism and has antioxidants. Just a thought!
no, I am not a fan of green tea.. I do like herbal teas and drink that once a day.. 🙂
