One Thing, Three Ways: Winter Wonderland
More snow = more snow pics.
What do you think? Do you have a favorite below?
Snow Pic #1. The view of my neighbor’s house across a field of white.
Snow Pic #2. At the top of the hill of the neighborhood.
Snow Pic #3. The country road on a bluff overlooking the Kaw River valley that connects my neighborhood to civilization.

I love the puffiness of the snow in the first one, but I also love the snow track in the last one
Thanks! We sure have a lot of it!
I love them all…but #3 is my favorite. 🙂
Thanks! Huge clumps of wet snow were falling on my head as I took this on my way to work. Good to know my good hair day turned bad was worth it for the shot! 🙂
Third one is my favorite. Truly a winter wonderland.
Thanks! Huge clumps of snow were falling on my head as I took this on my way to work. Good to know my good hair day turned bad was worth it for the shot!
I like #1… there are a lot of contrasts… the rounded, vertical shape of the tree vs the straight, horizontal lines of the house. And the cold environment of the snow outside vs the snug, warm environment I imagine in the house. The tree is standing there like a guardian saying, come on, just a little further and you will be home! It would make a great card for the holidays!
Wow! Thanks for stopping by and leaving such an awesome comment!
I like the 2nd one the best.
Thanks! I am lucky my car didn’t have too much trouble getting up to the top of the hill in all that snow before the plows came through.
While I like them all, I have to say that #3 is my fav! I’m a sucker for country roads in the snow.
Glad you like it! Big clumps of snow were falling on my head as I took it on my way to work! 🙂
I think your last picture of the three was the best!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your comment!
2 and 3. I can’t decide but those are my faves. Beautiful – from afar 😊
Hard to choose, I think I’ll go for no 2, but they’re all wonderful.
Love that first picture, the house is so beautiful! You live in a really pretty area 🙂
