Change of Scenery

If you don’t live somewhere where winters are cold, dark, and grey, you may not fully appreciate how much peace and happiness a little time in a warm, sunny place can infuse into your spirit.  Just a few days without bundling up, just a few days of spring smells, just a few days of vibrant colors, and I think I can make it a few more weeks until spring back at home.

    I hear you! It’s yellow and drab in northern Nevada this time of year. We are starting to get little green shoots here and there. Can’t wait!
