After Dinner Mint

My son loves mint, so I picked out an After Dinner Mint cupcake from Cupcake a la Mode with him in mind.  It’s a chocolate cupcake topped with white chocolate peppermint butter cream frosting, grated dark and white chocolate shavings, and a chocolate peppermint cookie.  Yep, he loved it!
