One Thing, Three Ways: Times Square
Just about everyone who visits New York dreams of seeing Times Square, all its neon lights and the energy of the crowds. Not me. I find it to be everything plastic and processed in America packaged up and served on a blinking platter. But since I was staying on the cusp of Times Square and the Garment District, I ended up spending a lot of time there, from the six block walk between my hotel and meetings to the evening hours I had to myself.
What do you think? Do you have a favorite photo below?
Times Square Photo #1. When I walk through Times Square, I feel like Madison Avenue is screaming at me…
Times Square Photo #2. …through a bull horn.
Times Square Photo #3. After all that happened in Boston last week, security was increased on and around Times Square. The men and women who serve our society — be they police officers, fire fighters, or members of the armed forces — are true, every day heroes. Even if it was in an ad, I loved seeing them honored.

1 is my favourite, but I like 3 because of the drama in the image – the firefighters. Mind you, I like the legs in the second one too 😆
I love them all, but the caption you put on the last one is so true! Love that they are being appreciated 🙂
New York to me is way too cluttered and I do believe it screams at us. We are constantly bombarded with ads for everything … everywhere we go. I like #3. Great shots.
