Last year I added a berry patch to my garden.  The blueberries didn’t survive the intense heat and drought of last summer, but after painstakingly pinching off all of the buds from the strawberries (as is required in the first year) they are producing some amazing fruit this year.

This “One Thing, Three Ways” post shows them in three different phases:  flower, green berry, and fully ripened berry.  What do you think? Do you have a favorite below?

    • Thanks! My camera is pretty basic and doesn’t allow me to change out lenses, so it was just the built in lens in extreme close-up mode. 🙂

  4. I’m a sucker for flowers, so it’s got to be the first one. 🙂

  5. I love #2 – such a different way of looking at strawberries!

  6. #2 is unusual and wonderful

    • Not yet ready, not yet ready…
I look at it and sense anticipation of the delish, ripe fruit to come!

  7. These are awesome! I’ve never seen a strawberry like the one in the second shot! Really cool!

I love hearing from you!
