Picking Blueberries

On Pinterest the other day, I saw a quote that said, “Gardening.  It’s cheaper than therapy, and you get tomatoes!”  I had to laugh because even just a few minutes pulling weeds or watering the garden is so relaxing to me.  I also find great peace picking blueberries.  Here is a shot from earlier this summer when my youngest daughter and I headed south to a blueberry patch near us and spend several hours enjoying the summer evening and picking gallons and gallons of berries.

  2. Love blueberries 🙂 I’m so sorry I haven’t been around here in a while. My new blog explains it. I lost my older cat a few weeks ago and I’ve been a mess. I haven’t been doing much of anything and I haven’t touched my camera. It’s the longest I’ve gone without using it. But I’m trying to get back into the routine again. I’m sorry again that I’ve missed so many blogs, good to be back though 🙂

    • Oh, Wannabe, I’m so, so, SO sorry to read about the loss of sweet George. It is devastating to lose a pet. Thinking about you and sending a hug from Here-Somewhere-in-the-Middle-of-the-US to the west coast to you.
