Despite spending nearly seven years living in Europe as a child and multiple trips since then for both business and pleasure, Portugal is one of the only Western European countries I hadn’t visited until this trip. And it was as beautiful as I’d been promised by those who had gone before…
We stayed in a hotel that offered apartments, each complete with a separate living area, kitchen, and an amazing balcony. While some of my colleagues had water views, I had this lovely city view. It rained nearly the entire time we were in Lisbon, but when the rain did stop, the sky was certainly interesting for photos!
