Pretty in Pink
Whenever I see a flamingo, I am reminded of CJ Cregg’s Secret Service name on the West Wing. When she learned that they called her “flamingo” she retorted with disgust, “the flamingo is a ridiculous looking bird!”
I think they’re pretty cool. And, if I ever need a code name, I’ll happily adopt “flamingo.”

Wasn’t that show so awesome, and CJ the best? One of our au pairs watched all eight seasons during her year with us. She just finished the series when her parents came to visit us, and she and I talked about the characters like they were people we knew to the point that her mom actually asked if Josh and CJ were friends of ours! 🙂
