
Better Half and I had the amazing opportunity to celebrate the release of Chefs Megan and Colby Garrelts latest cookbook, “Made in America,” with a dinner featuring several recipes from the book at Rye KC. My absolute favorite was the fried chicken quickly followed by the corn fritters, oven roasted carrots, and lemon cake.
