If you’re given a 75F day in November and the home town team is playing in the World Series, you must go out and take more photos of the landmarks lit with royal blue lights!

Opened in 2010 as a replacement to the Paseo Bridge, the Bond Bridge is a beautiful, cable-stayed bridge across the Missouri River. It looks especially lovely bathed in blue in support of the Royals!

I haven’t been pleased with any of my photos of the front of the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, until tonight.

At the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, a sheet of cellophane is taped to each light to change the hue from white to royal blue.

After a win on Halloween, a third pylon was converted to blue at Bartle Hall. I cannot wait to see that last light turn blue indicating a World Series win!
