I took the Twinners on a college visit to beautiful Ames, Iowa, and the only photos I thought were worthy of posting were of birds.  On the bright side, I think this swan photo is better than my past swan photos like this one in Prague, this one in London, this one in Toronto, or these guys in Maastricht. Part of the reason is that this swan let me get much closer than the others did.  Seems like American swans are friendlier than their friends around the world!
