Midwest Balloon Fest 2015: Making His Mark

In a “Hare and Hound” competition, balloonists try to hit the center of a large, 50 foot “x” with a weighted marker tossed from their balloon.  This balloonist gets ready to “make his mark” as he prepares to toss his weighted marker from up above.
