The Asian small-clawed otter is the smallest of all otters. Native to the swamps and freshwater areas of southeast (wait for it) Asia, they are seriously threatened by habitat destruction, hunting and pollution. They have 12 different types of vocalization, and this guy was being quite chatty when I snapped his pic.
